The 2016 Sauvignon Blanc starts with bursts of white peach overtones on the nose. On the palate, there are additional soft, oak overtones displaying full bodied and well integrated flavors. Stainless steel fermented and barrel aged for 5 months in two year French oak barrels, this is a well balanced Sauvignon Blanc, with a nice lively finish.
