Our 2001 Cabernet Sauvignon is complex, filled with blackberry, current and spice aromas. On the palate, the dense blackberry is accompanied by extracts of cinnamon, bing cherry, mocha and hints of cedar, with the Rutherford characteristic dusty tannins on the finish. 92 Points - Wine & Spirits Magazine
Influenced by the lower yields of the 2003 growing season, our 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon displays the depth and intensity that can be drawn from the Rutherford appellation. Aromas of blackberry, cherry and a hint of nutmeg are present on the nose, expanded by additional berry, spice and toasty cedar flavors on the palate. Intricately structured, the tannins are firm on the palate, but well integrated, providing a lingering finish on a wine that is enjoyable now.
Stunning garnet in color, this seductive blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, is hand picked at the perfect ripeness each vintage from our estate vineyards. Each picking is kept and aged separately in the finest French Oak barrels for up to eighteen months. At this time, the final blend is made and then re-introduced to age in the barrel for another six months to fully integrate the flavors. The 2005 Bradford Meritage opens with inviting aromas of black cherry, cassis, vanilla and allspice that lead to layers of raspberry, cherry, and clove on the palate. The full body is enlivened by rich and elegant tannins and bright acidity making it a perfect complement to your favorite meal.
