2006 Sawyer Cellars Estate Merlot 750ml

A full bodied yet elegant wine, the nose displays aromas of blackberry and raspberry on the nose, with hints of anise. On the palate the wine is full bodied and fruit forward, with additional black cherry and cassis flavors, along with just a hint of oak, with firm but well integrated tannins on the finish.

2008 Sawyer Rose of Merlot

The 2008 Rosé was produced entirely from Merlot grapes grown on our estate vineyard. Before fermentation, the deep red skins from the grapes were removed from the juice after just 36 hours, when the desired color was obtained.
