2006 Sawyer Cellars Estate Cabernet Sauvignon
The 2006 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon shows all of the characteristics of a fine Rutherford Grown Cabernet Sauvignon. The complex nose is filled with dark chocolate and hints of berry. On the palate, this wine has delightful berry characteristics layered with dusty overtones. The finish is full and lingering in your mouth with balanced acid and tannins. This elegant Cabernet Sauvignon is enjoyable now and will continue to develop complexity as it ages for the next ten to twelve years.

2006 Sawyer Cellars Estate Bradford Meritage
Varietal Blend : 57% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot, 7% Cabernet Franc

Our 2006 Estate Bradford Meritage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc, all grown on our estate vineyards in Rutherford. A wine distinctive from both our Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, it shows aromas of black licorice and blackberry on the nose, with additional cherry, mocha, and coco flavors present on the palate. Twenty-four months of barrel aging in French oak have helped produce a flavorful, full-bodied wine with balanced tannins for a long, lingering finish. Our Bradford Meritage drinks beautifully now, and should continue to age well for an additional seven to nine years.
2006 Sawyer Cellars Estate Merlot
Varietal Blend: 100% Merlot

Our 2006 Estate Merlot is sourced exclusively from our hand tended vineyard in the esteemed Rutherford sub-appellation of the Napa Valley. A full bodied yet elegant wine, the nose displays aromas of blackberry and raspberry on the nose, with hints of anise. On the palate the wine is full bodied and fruit forward, with additional black cherry and cassis flavors, along with just a hint of oak, with firm but well integrated tannins on the finish. Twenty-two months barrel aging in the finest French oak barrels has resulted in a rich, yet balanced Merlot, that will age gracefully for another six to eight years, and pair beautifully with your favorite meat and chicken dishes.
2008 Sawyer Cellars Estate Sauvignon Blanc
Varietal Blend: 100% Sauvignon Blanc
Case Production: 690 cases
Reflecting the soils of our estate vineyard in Rutherford, our 2008 Sauvignon Blanc displays layered aromas of honeysuckle, melon and nectarine on the nose. The perfectly ripe fruit is hand picked and then sorted before pressing. Fermentation then occurs in 60 gallon French oak barrels where the wine is on the lies for 6 months. In the glass you'll enjoy flavors of lemon, lime and toasted almond, followed by a clean, mineral finish. A lively and full bodied Sauvignon Blanc that will pair well with your favorite dishes.
2008 Sawyer Cellars Estate Rosé of Merlot
Varietal Blend: 100% Merlot
Case Production: 250 cases
The 2008 Rosé was produced entirely from Merlot grapes grown on our estate vineyard. Before fermentation, the deep red skins from the grapes were removed from the juice after just 36 hours, when the desired color was obtained. This wine displays delightful aromas of raspberry and strawberry, with hints of apricot, and a bright refreshing finish. This is a crisp, dry summer sipper!
